Can
I book the whole Mansion?
Yes. We have a special privacy rate which is of great benefit to
both business and recreational guests. The privacy rate includes
all twenty guest rooms, all public spaces in the house, as well
as breakfast, lunch and dinner and meeting arrangements if necessary.
A great choice for a house party, confidential business meetings
or a home-base for a family weekend. Please contact
us for more information.
May I bring in my own caterer?
At The Duke Mansion, we have a full-time chef and culinary staff,
and we will work with you on a menu that is perfect for your event.
Consequently, we do not allow outside caterers.
Can you arrange special services, like flowers,
entertainment, linens, etc?
We can arrange for whatever special services you need to make your
visit to The Duke Mansion, special event or meeting perfect.
Can we use the outdoor areas for our event?
Absolutely! The garden terrace area, beautiful back garden area
and pool side are all perfect places for events.
Do you have a tent?
We can always arrange to rent one for a client.
Do you have valet parking?
Valet parking is not a standard feature at The Duke Mansion but
we would be more than happy to arrange for the service if you would
like. We do require valet or shuttle service for groups with more
than 40 cars.
What does it cost to have an event?
The costs will vary according to the type of event you are planning.
Can I have my bridal portrait done at The Duke
Mansion?
We do allow brides to have their portraits done at the Duke Mansion,
but the appointments are based on availability.
Can I stay at The Duke Mansion for my wedding
night?
We would love for you to spend your wedding night in one of the
20 beautiful guestrooms at The Duke Mansion.
Can I or my out of town guests stay at The
Duke Mansion even if we do not have an event there?
Are there any minimums for the number of guests?
We are happy to accommodate groups from 2 to 300+.
Can I have a Tea at The Duke Mansion?
The Duke Mansion is the perfect setting for a Tea for any occasion.
Keep us in mind for bridal showers, baby showers, book clubs or
even just a get together.
