Project Management and Process Design

what needs to be accomplished, but are not sure how
to get there? Don’t want to handle the logistics?
- We provide ‘process design’ using an understanding of
system dynamics—for collaborative projects, big or small. These
can be a collaboration between a single organization and community
partners, several organizations getting together, or a larger community
effort.

Region Chapter of the American Leadership Forum, which builds leadership
skills and relationships among 25 senior leaders each year within
the greater Charlotte region (www.alfcharlotteregion.org).
