A royal setting for a princess bride!
Every bride deserves to be treated like a princess. The Duke
Mansion offers a number of services and amenities to keep you and your wedding guests feeling like royalty.
There’s nothing like a sunny Carolina day. And you can enjoy
that Carolina sunshine indoors, inside the Duke Solarium.
It’s inside here that James Duke first envisioned the Duke
Endowment, which today provides over $100 million annually
to worthy Carolina causes.
You want everyone to feel well rested on your big day. You and your wedding party guests can relax like royalty inside any of the 20 guest rooms available at The Duke Mansion.
Guests can spend the evening in a room with a traditional
sleeping porch or awake in a cozy tree-top room. Each room
features a private bath and most feature queen or king-size
beds.
Whichever room you choose, you’ll find all the luxury and
elegance you’d expect in such a historic mansion. And each
room is individually decorated, complete with fine furnishings, deluxe linens, plush robes and complimentary personal toiletries. And we never bid our guests goodnight without a
gourmet bedside treat.
Also, modern conveniences, including highspeed
wireless internet, personal voicemail, and flat scrreen televisions, can keep the entire wedding party in touch. Dining in the Duke Mansion is always very special. The blend of Southern hospitality, fine cuisine and beautiful presentation creates an unforgettable dining experience.
You and your wedding guests can also enjoy cocktails served outside in the summer and in front of the library fireplace in winter. Dinner may be served al fresco in season. Breakfast is served every day on the main floor while arrangements for other meals can be made with advance notice.
